Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Vekcel ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We build websites, AI agents and automation, mobile apps, e-commerce stores, payment integrations, CRM and SaaS products, and run digital marketing, so we handle business enquiries and, when we work together, project data.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, email or call us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting server records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of the request. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies. This website does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals or estimates.
- To provide, manage and support the services you hire us for.
- To send project updates, invoices and service-related messages.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix technical problems.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Client project data
When we work on your project we may have access to your business data, customer lists, payment provider settings, ad accounts, analytics and other systems. We use that data only to deliver the agreed work, apply reasonable security measures, and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. We never store card numbers or payment credentials ourselves. Payment integrations send them directly to your chosen payment provider.
If you use us to build AI agents or automations, you remain responsible for deciding what data is sent to third-party AI or automation providers. We will explain which providers a solution uses.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only where needed, with:
- Hosting, email and infrastructure providers that run this website and our systems.
- Tools and platforms we use to deliver your project (for example payment gateways, CRM, advertising, analytics or AI providers) when you ask us to use them.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
These providers may process data under their own privacy policies.
5. International transfers
Our providers may be located outside your country. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records, contracts and invoices are kept as long as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information earlier (see below).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Third-party links
This website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
